These terms and conditions explain how Well Done Maid Services handles website inquiries and cleaning service arrangements. We are based in Framingham, Massachusetts, and serve Boston and MetroWest. 1. Requests and Service Preparation
When requesting or scheduling residential or light commercial cleaning, please:
- Provide accurate and complete information when scheduling services
- Grant access to your premises at the scheduled time
- Secure valuables and tell us about fragile items, pets or safety concerns
- Pay all fees as agreed and on time
Let us know about access restrictions, pets, delicate surfaces or safety concerns before the visit. If the team cannot safely access or work in a property, we will discuss how to proceed before continuing.
2. Estimates, Scheduling and Cancellations
Submitting a quote form is a request for information. It does not create a confirmed appointment or a final price. We discuss your property, selected service, scope and availability before confirming a cleaning.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as soon as possible. Any notice requirement or cancellation fee will be explained and agreed with you before your appointment is confirmed. No fixed cancellation fee is established by this page.
3. SMS and Email Communication
We use the contact details you provide to respond to your inquiry, discuss an estimate and coordinate a requested service. Providing a phone number or email address does not, by itself, enroll you in promotional messages.
Depending on your request and communication preferences, service-related communications may include:
- Appointment reminders and confirmations

5. Service Scope and Special Requests
Your cleaning covers the tasks and priorities agreed before the visit. Please tell us about existing damage, delicate materials or special requests so we can confirm what is appropriate for your space. In particular:

6. Pricing and Payment
We confirm the estimate, accepted payment method, payment timing and any agreed additional charges with you before service. If your request changes, we discuss any effect on scope or price before proceeding. This page does not establish an automatic deposit, late fee or payment surcharge.
7. Insurance and Service Concerns
Well Done Maid Services is fully insured. If you have a concern about a cleaning or believe damage may have occurred, contact us as soon as possible with the relevant details so we can review the situation. Responsibility and any available insurance coverage depend on the circumstances and applicable terms. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
